To Place An Order Online

Ordering online is fast, secure, and convenient. Simply choose the items you’d like to purchase, add them to your shopping cart, then ‘checkout’ using either Paypal or a credit card. You’ll be prompted to fill in the shipping information for your order at which time your shipping fee will be calculated and added to your total.

Please note that all international orders must have matching ‘bill to’ and ‘ship to’ addresses.

Sales Taxes
Sales tax is assessed on all orders shipping within the state of Florida, New York, California. Orders shipping to all other states are free of sales taxes.

Order Confirmation
An order confirmation will be provided to the e-mail address you provide when completing your order. If you do not receive your order confirmation please check your junk mail folder or SPAM filter. If you are still unable to find your confirmation send an e-mail to info@electricfencesfordogs.com

Changing Or Canceling An Order
You may make changes to or cancel your order within 4 hours of placing the order. After the 4-hour period orders can no longer be modified or canceled without penalty.

To avoid incurring any additional charges, please contact a customer service representative as quickly as possible to change or cancel an order.
